Midwest Chapter Mission Statement

The High Technology Crime Investigation Association is designed to encourage, promote, aid and effect the voluntary exchange of data, information, experience, ideas, and knowledge about methods, processes, and techniques relating to investigations among its membership.

The primary purpose for the HTCIA is to aid in the effective exchange of information between the private sector and local, state and federal law enforcement agencies which investigate computer, telecommunications and high technology related crime.

Membership is restricted to Administrators and Management Level Security professionals, Peace Officers, Investigators, and Prosecuting Attorneys.
